Gentle Yoga with Krista via Zoom will offer a practice with beginners in mind or anyone looking to find some extra room to breathe and decompress. With a focus on breath awareness, connecting breath and movement, and creating length and strength in the body. Modifications will be suggested for different abilities.
Helpful props: yoga mat or nonslip surface, chair for support if needed, strap (belt), cushion, and a blanket.
