Join Registered Yoga Teacher eRYT500, Amy Perri and learn how meditation can help keep you centered and calm, especially during difficult times. This class will instruct you in the various ways to meditate, including: Breath Awareness, Guided Visualization, and Affirmation Repetition. With Meditation you will find a place of peace and calm residing within you regardless of what is happening around you.
