Event Details

Open to all.

Everyone knows how great it feels to be appreciated! As the year draws to a close, it's nice to remember someone special by saying "Thank You" with an old-fashioned, homemade Thank You card. Join us for this special hands-on workshop where you will learn how to make unique "pop-up" Thank You cards to share with those you're grateful for this year. You'll also learn about the power of gratitude and how it's scientifically proven to boost the immune system, lower stress, and increase happiness. This 90 minute online program is presented by Lorraine Miller, gratitude writer, inspirational speaker and holistic health coach.

Starting 11/2 a ‘Grab and Go’ kit will be available for pickup at the library for each person who registers.
In addition to the Grab and Go kit, you will need: pencil, scissors, & glue
