Workshop Presented Via Zoom

This workshop explores ways for us to learn about the process of grief and sense of loss, whether it be the loss of a loved one or other pandemic related losses (job, financial security, social connections) and to develop strategies to care for ourselves and others during these challenging times. Presented by Cornell Cooperative Extension Family Health and Wellness Educators. Open to all.
