Caring for yourself means taking time to do things for your own mental, emotional and physical health. 
Self-care is often forgotten when we become stressed or overwhelmed This workshop will teach you strategies for stress management and suggestions for self-care. Presented by Cornell Cooperative Extension Family Health and Wellness Educators. Open to all.
