Annual Placing of U.S. Gravesite Flags at Calverton National Cemetery

Day 1: Placement Day, Saturday, May 26, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.  (Rain or shine)
Day 2: Flag Retrieval Day, Saturday, June 2 at 9:30 a.m.  (Rain date June 3, 1:00 p.m.)

Registration begins Thursday, May 17.

Join us in honoring our Veterans this Memorial Day by volunteering at Calverton National Cemetery. Meet us at 210 Princeton Boulevard in Calverton.  Cemetery Section #32.  

It is recommended to bring: something to carry the flags in, a screwdriver to help make the hole in the ground for each flag, sunscreen, insect repellant, and a water bottle.

Open to all. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
