Join us for an afternoon awards ceremony at 4:00 p.m. featuring students from the William Floyd School District reading their winning essays on who they consider their hero. Winning posters will be displayed in an exhibit in the Children's level overlooking the main floor. Culinary students will be serving a giant birthday cake, the NJROTC will present the flag, and a student will sing the national anthem. This celebration commemorates General William Floyd, a local colonial resident who was a signer of the Declaration of Independence.  All are welcome!
